Monthly Progress Report
This section contains the Bank’s final Monthly Progress Report as at Thursday 31 December 2020. The report provides an analysis of the complaints received by the GRG Complaints Process, in addition to information on the outcomes and offers made.
While the Bank continues to review consequential loss claims, it issued the last complaint outcome letter in December 2019 and therefore no further Progress Reports will be published.
