The Management Committee is a collegiate body under the leadership of the Chief Executive Officer.  It manages the business of NatWest Services (Switzerland) Ltd and is responsible for the company’s organisation. Furthermore, the Management Committee reviews and debates relevant items before consideration by the Board and is responsible for the implementation of the Board’s resolutions.

Jürgen Pulm

Wealth Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO)

CEO of NatWest Services (Switzerland) Ltd

Jürgen Pulm is the CDIO for the Wealth business. In this role, he is responsible to ensure we have the technology and infrastructure in place to support our client propositions. He is also the CEO of NatWest Services (Switzerland) Ltd. Jürgen has been Head of Private Banking Services since the end of 2014 overseeing IT, banking operations and change management for the NatWest Group Wealth business. Previous positions include being the Chief Technology Officer of the Wealth Management Division and Head of Technology Trends and Mobile at NatWest Group. Prior to that, Jürgen served as Chief Operating Officer of the Wealth Management Division of NatWest Group as well as deputy head of the management team at its Swiss branch. Before joining the bank in 2006, he served as CIO at Julius Bär Group.

Martin Rettich

Head of Operations Hub Switzerland & Central Services, Wealth CDIO

Deputy CEO of NatWest Services (Switzerland) Ltd

Martin Rettich is Head of Operations Hub Switzerland and Central Services which includes Risk & Control and Transaction Reporting within the Wealth CDIO division. In addition, he is also Deputy CEO of NatWest Services (Switzerland) Ltd. Prior to taking up his current role, he was Head Operations Switzerland & Wealth Hub at Coutts & Co Ltd, responsible for the provision of local and global operational services and custodial functions to various business units on Avaloq.

Before joining NatWest Group in 2011, Martin worked for 31 years at Credit Suisse and Credit Suisse First Boston where he held various executive roles domestically and globally in and around Operations, transactional wholesale banking and custody services.

Olaf van der Aar

Head Solution Delivery & Design, Wealth CDIO

Olaf van der Aar joined NatWest Services (Switzerland) Ltd in July 2010 and currently holds the position as Head Solution Delivery & Design for the Wealth CDIO division. Prior roles include Head of Application Management, project manager as part of the Wealth Management Platform Programme (WMPP) as well as managing the incorporation of NatWest Services in Switzerland in his previous role as Head of Business Management for Private Banking Services.

Olaf began his professional career with PwC Business Consulting in 2000 as a management consultant before moving to Clariden Leu as manager of various IT departments and projects. He holds an M.Sc. degree in Engineering from the University of Twente in the Netherlands.

Matthias Hasler

Head Financial Planning & Investments, Wealth CDIO

Matthias Hasler is Head Financial Planning & Investments for the Wealth CDIO division. In his prior role as Head of Special Projects he led the implementation of the Digital Investment Channels for Coutts and NatWest Invest as well risk analytics & optimization in the context of Asset & Portfolio Management and the automation of regulated advice processes. Previous positions include being the Global Head of Operational Tax, Global Head of Investment Operations and Head of Operations Switzerland at Coutts.

Before joining the NatWest Group in 1993, Matthias held various jobs in the financial industry and spent time studying.

Lukas Fries

Head Lending & Capital, Wealth CDIO

Lukas Fries joined NatWest Services (Switzerland) Ltd in December 2020 and is responsible for the area of Lending and Capital Management for the Wealth CDIO division. Lukas already spent parts of his career with Coutts from 2010 until 2016 as department head for Application Management Credit and Risk. During his time away Lukas worked for Synpulse Management Consulting in the role of an Associate Partner and Managing Director, where he worked on banking transformation projects and was responsible for the build-up of new locations for consulting and software development in Austria and Slovakia. Lukas’ earlier career steps involved jobs at IBM and Accenture, where he gained experience as software engineer and technical consultant.

Paul Tuxford

Head of Relationship & Data, Wealth CDIO

Paul Tuxford joined NatWest Services (Switzerland) Ltd in August 2021 as Head of Relationship & Data for the Wealth CDIO division. Paul joins us from Avaloq where he was Head of Global Delivery and a General Manager of Avaloq Sourcing. Paul brings an extensive body of knowledge of managing global IT and change initiatives that span operations in numerous countries, transforming business operations via the use of technology at scale.

Prior to Avaloq, Paul held a number of executive roles including a C-suite position for a US$4B+ diplomatic fund to address AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria around the world, and a series of senior management positions within Credit Suisse in Switzerland. He started his career in the Royal Australian Air Force where he served honourably for seven years. Paul has a Bachelor of Computer Science and an MBA.
