London & Northern Bank Ltd

London & Northern Bank Ltd (1898-9), established in Leeds, was a bank connected with the history of NatWest.

Brief history

This joint stock bank was established in 1898 out of the business of Leeds Joint Stock Bank Ltd. It failed in 1899, whereupon its branch premises in Leeds and Harrogate, as well as some of its customers connections, were taken over by Bradford District Bank.
