There have been many changes and additions to our app since it launched in 2011, but all come back to a single-minded focus on saving customers time and making their lives easier by letting them do more of their banking where and when they want.

From the humble beginnings of being able to view their balances, transfer money between their accounts and pay people or organisations they'd already set up on online or telephone banking, our app users can now login using their face or fingerprint, pay others using just their phone number and even view their credit score, a breakdown of their spending and chat with us 24/7 via Cora.
