We support families and carers, ensuring they can balance family and work responsibilities in a way that supports their mental and physical wellbeing. To enable this, we offer a broad and competitive range of family-focused policies which reflect not just our legal obligations and local jurisdictional practices, but also our purpose.
Family-focused Policies
Overview
Policies
To ensure continuous improvement across our policy offering, we actively listen to colleagues through our colleague experience feedback forums, our employee-led networks, our employee representatives, and regular industry benchmarking. As a result of this engagement and new legislation, neonatal care leave and pay has been introduced to our existing family-friendly policies. The policy supports all eligible employees with more time away from work to help individuals who may need additional support. The policy introduces enhanced pay and leave, from day one, for eligible employees to focus on caring for their family.
