Stakeholder focus areas

Engaging with our stakeholders is vital to the success of our business. It helps us improve outcomes for our customers, communities, and the environment. On pages 30 to 43 of our 2023 Annual Report and Accounts, we look at some of the ways that we supported our stakeholders’ needs in 2023.
