Out of hours calls will reach the NatWest Group Security Team, who will put you in contact with the duty press officer.

The NatWest Group Financial media desk deals with enquiries relating to the Group as a whole, as well as key events in the calendar including financial reporting and market announcements.
Retail Media Desk
The Retail Banking media desk provides proactive and reactive communications support in respect of the people, products and services of NatWest’s retail bank. It handles proactive consumer launches and deals with journalist enquiries on a range of personal banking issues including fraud & scams, the mortgage market and digital banking services.
Commercial & Institutional Media Desk
