NatWest Markets has been recognised as a UK Corporates FX Service Quality Leader in this year’s Coalition Greenwich Leaders survey on Global Foreign Exchange Services. This is the ninth year running that NatWest has achieved this accolade (2014 - 2022)*.
This survey is a leading industry benchmark for corporate and institutional clients, measuring the quality of customer service of currency dealers globally. The rankings are based on unbiased feedback from interviews conducted by Coalition Greenwich between September 2021 and March 2022, with over 2,000 customer and foreign exchange users.
