Colleagues and customers donate £2 million to DEC Ukraine Appeal

NatWest Group colleagues and customers have donated £2 million to the Disasters Emergency Committee’s Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal since it launched on 3 March.

Having initially pledged to match the first £1 million of donations made, we'll now match £2.5 million of colleague and customer donations, which would bring the total donated to £5 million.

Donations so far include:

• Over £170,000 (including Gift Aid) given by colleagues 
• Over £1 million in Rewards donated by Reward account customers (NatWest and Royal Bank of Scotland)
• Over £859,000 through mobile app and branch donations
• Over £25,000 donated directly to DEC through tracking links on our websites and social channels

We’re continuing to track donations made through all donation streams so that these can be matched.
