RBS (Polska) S.A. w likwidacji zakończyła działalność w Polsce. Spółka została zlikwidowana i wykreślona z rejestru przedsiębiorców KRS w dniu 23 października 2020 r., które to postanowienie o wykreśleniu uprawomocniło się w dniu 4 listopada 2020 r.

RBS (Polska) S.A. in liquidation ceased its activities in Poland. The company has been liquidated and deleted from the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register on 23 October 2020. The decision on deletion became final on 4 November 2020.

Announcement for Submission of the Share Certificates to the Company

RBS (Polska) Spółka Akcyjna in liquidation, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS no. 20489 („Company”), on the basis of Article 16 sec. 1 of the Act of 30 August 2019 on amending the Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws No. 1798, as amended), in relation with the procedure of dematerialization of the Company’s shares, hereby calls upon the shareholders to submit the share certificates to the Company, no later than on the 1st of March 2021.

This announcement is the first one.

Warszawy w Warszawie, XIII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem KRS: 20489 („Spółka”), na podstawie art. 16 ust. 1 Ustawy z dnia 30 sierpnia 2019 r. o zmianie ustawy - Kodeks spółek handlowych oraz niektórych innych ustaw (Dz. U. poz. 1798 z późn. zm.), w związku z procedurą dematerializacji akcji Spółki, niniejszym wzywa akcjonariuszy do złożenia dokumentów akcji w Spółce, najpóźniej w terminie do 1 marca 2021 roku.
