Disability

We have accessibility features in all products, services, behaviours and key processes. It’s important that we understand what our customers and colleagues with disabilities need, want and expect from the bank. Doing this helps us to create equal opportunities for everyone.

For full information please refer to our 2024 Annual Report & Accounts (PDF, 19.0 MB) and Sustainability data sheet (xlsx, 1.3 MB).

In addition to the work referenced in our annual reports, we are founding signatories to The Valuable 500, a global movement which strives to place disability inclusion at the heart of business strategy with consistent attention at board level.

NatWest Group has been recognized for its commitment to disability inclusion, having earned a Silver award on completion of  the Business Disability Forum's Disability Smart Audit in 2025.

Celebrating disability

We are proud to work closely with the Business Disability Forum to make NatWest Group more accessible for colleagues and customers. From hosting the 2023 BDF annual conference to regularly auditing our provisions against the BDF’s standards, we’re committed to accessibility in all forms, in all locations, both physical and digital.
