Customer feedback opens new Saturday branch for NatWest in Bletchley

NatWest is delighted to announce it has opened its Bletchley branch on Saturday for the first time.

The initiative to open the branch for six days a week, has come as a result of customer feedback questionnaires, which showed that opening the doors on a Saturday was top of the wish list for this important branch.

The opening of the Bletchley branch follows an announcement by NatWest that they are increasing the number of branches they have on Saturdays to make sure they are open when it is most convenient for their customers.

David Forman, the manager of NatWest Bletchley Branch, said: "At NatWest Bletchley, we want to show our customers that we really understand and respond to their banking needs. Most importantly our customers have told us that they wanted the branch to be open on Saturdays and I am really pleased to show them that we not only listen, we also deliver. Opening on Saturdays will mean that we will be able to help even more customers to deal with their financial needs, whether it's paying in a cheque, or sorting out their mortgage."

Mark Draper, NatWest's Local Chief Executive Officer for the Bedford and Milton Keynes area, said: "My team and I are committed to providing the outstanding service our customers want, need and deserve. By opening branches such as Bletchley on a Saturday we are helping to ensure that NatWest locally really does deliver helpful banking to heart of the local community. It is my intention to open a further five Branches in the local area by the end of the year to further demonstrate NatWest's commitment to our customers."

The Saturday opening hours of 9am to 12:30pm, form part of NatWest's commitment to providing the highest levels of service to its customers.
