Supplying goods and services
We aim to find responsible suppliers and to treat them fairly. We conduct the supplier tendering and assessment process in an open and transparent manner.
A purpose-led bank and our suppliers
Our Supplier Charter (PDF 146KB) replaces our previous Supplier Code of Conduct (PDF 169KB) and sets out our aims and expectations in the areas of ethical business conduct, human rights, environmental sustainability and diversity and inclusion. It details what we expect from our suppliers, but importantly now clearly outlines what our own commitments are in these key areas and the outcomes we will aim to achieve by working together.
NatWest Group is committed to equal opportunities for suppliers, and we recognise that diversity strengthens our supply chain.
We believe this contributes to a stronger, better organisation, able to draw on various resources for the benefit of customers and investors. To us it's an important factor in maintaining long-term growth and competitiveness.
Natwest e-invoicing portal
Natwest works in partnership with Taulia Inc. to provide suppliers access to an online portal which enables electronic invoice submission and allows suppliers to take advantage of early payment offers via optional dynamic discounting. The online platform also provides visibility of live purchase orders, invoices and payment status.
Visit the NatWest Supplier Portal to log into Taulia’s e-invoicing.
