In his new role - Paul takes on responsibility for running the NatWest commercial banking operations across Chelmsford & Romford and the surrounding areas - which supports businesses turning over between 2m-25m UK pounds. Paul has a team of 12 managers across the two offices, and reports into Andrew Moss, regional director for Norfolk, Suffolk & Essex.
Paul has over 14 years experience in banking beginning his career with HSBC. He joined NatWest four years ago, working as a business development director before taking up a director position in the bank's specialist healthcare team covering the East of England. His most recent role was as a director within the bank's real estate business.
Commenting on his appointment Paul Wilson said: "We are looking to change the way we serve the Chelmsford & Romford SME marketplace. We are providing management support by placing our most experienced managers, who are all local to the towns they operate within, with those customers who can benefit most from their knowledge and business contacts."
