Orifjan Shadiyev, prominent businessman and owner of Capital Bank Kazakhstan, is pleased to announce the acquisition of RBS's business in Kazakhstan (RBSK).
Mr. Orifjan Shadiyev, the owner of Capital Bank Kazakhstan, said:

Commenting on the transaction, Mr. Gordon Haskins, RBS Country Head of Kazakhstan, said:

The sale is subject to approval by the National Bank of Kazakhstan.
