2015 is the third year running that RBS has improved upon its ranking in the prestigious Stonewall Workplace Equality Index; moving from 97th place in 2013, to 40th place in 2014, and achieving 27th place in 2015. This is the best ranking RBS has achieved in the 11 years that the index has been published.
Alongside achieving a personal best, RBS was also recognised as one of the top employers in Scotland and one of the top ten employers in the 2015 Global index. The RBS Rainbow Network (our LGBT employee led network) was also highly commended for their work over the year.
