RBS in Times top 50 employers for women

RBS have been included in The Times Top 50 employers for women for the sixth year running. The list recognises UK organisations that make the most of women in their workplace.

"This is a great achievement for RBS where we are committed to the progression and development of women within the bank. It is increasingly accepted that gender balance means success for both women and men, therefore maximising the capabilities of the female workforce is important for our business and our customers. There is a need to grow and retain top talent within any organisation, with this in mind, gender diversity should be a top agenda item for all companies, we all know it makes good business sense."

Chris Sullivan, Chief Executive, Corporate Banking and Executive Champion for Gender
