Placing recognises RBS support for LGBT employees.

RBS has moved up to 13th place in Stonewall’s annual Top 100 employers for lesbian, gay, bi and trans (LGBT) employees. It’s the highest position that RBS has ever achieved in the index – up from 32nd last year.
Published in today’s Times newspaper, the Stonewall Top 100 Employers list showcases the best employers for LGBT people. The list is compiled from submissions to the Workplace Equality Index, a robust benchmarking tool used by employers to create LGBT inclusive workplaces.
Now in its thirteenth year, the list celebrates the pioneering efforts of leading organisations to create inclusive workplaces and this year it saw more than 430 entries from organisations across the public, private and third sectors.
