Top Employers for Working Families
The awards recognise organisations across the UK who do the most to support work-life balance and career development for working parents, carers and flexible workers. Founded by the work-life charity Working Families, Top Employers for Working Families recognises innovation and creative thinking in designing family-friendly and flexible policies.
The awards spread the word on best practice and encourage pioneering approaches to improving working lives and building business success. Top Employers for Working Families Benchmark and Awards 2012 are run in partnership with The Institute for Employment Studies and HR Magazine. The benchmark is provided by Tpoll. Entrants complete a benchmark survey on their policies and can opt to enter one or more of the Special Awards.
