The pledge is the UK’s biggest programme to challenge mental health stigma and discrimination.
Over 73,000 people (and many well-known businesses) have already pledged their support to the Time to Change campaign. By making a commitment to challenge negative attitudes towards mental health, RBS is joining the campaign by creating a more inclusive culture, both in the workplace, and outside of it.
Aileen Taylor, Company Secretary and Chief Corporate Governance Officer, believes this represents an important step towards creating an environment in which every employee gets the support they need, which in turn allows them to provide the best possible service to customers.
