The Board of Directors is appointed by NatWest Group to manage the affairs of NatWest Markets and is responsible for the long-term success of the entity and the delivery of sustainable value to NatWest Group as shareholder.

Our Board’s role is to provide leadership of NatWest Markets within a framework of prudent and effective controls which enables risk to be assessed and managed; set the strategic aims of NatWest Markets and its subsidiaries; monitor and oversee the embedding of NatWest Markets' culture and values; and ensure compliance with the statutory, regulatory and fiduciary obligations associated with NatWest Markets' activities and with its status as a separate legal entity independently authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and Financial Conduct Authority.
