Our Employee Led Networks

We support a variety of employee organised and led groups - known as 'Employee Led Networks'. Our networks are sponsored by members of our Executive Committee and are made up of volunteer colleagues who play a key role in delivering, raising awareness of, and influencing our bank-wide inclusion strategy.

Armed Forces Network

Our Armed Forces Network supports the Armed Forces colleague community across the bank. This includes Armed Forces Reservists, Families, Veterans and Supporters. The network acts as guardians of the Armed Forces Covenant, committing to the service community that they will be treated fairly, flexibly and face no disadvantage.

Aspire Network

Our Aspire Network supports colleagues with their personal and professional development through a range of events and activities. The network supports NatWest Group’s commitment to being a learning organisation and is passionate about growth; whether it’s through learning new skills, enhancing an internal network or mapping out a career path.

Enable Disability and Neurodiversity Network

Our Enable Disability and Neurodiversity Network believes that, by promoting awareness of disability and neurodiversity and celebrating the diversity and strengths they bring, we can create a better bank for colleagues, customers and our communities. The Network aims to enable an accessible and inclusive culture within the bank by supporting and empowering colleagues of all abilities.

HomeLife Network

Our HomeLife Network and Fertility & Loss sub-network raises awareness and supports colleagues through all elements of the family lifecycle; from conception, other ways of having a family, to care of a child, spouse or elderly relative, and loss.

Our Gender Network’s vision is that NatWest Group is a gender equal environment; a place where everyone, whatever their gender, can achieve their potential. The network focuses on motivating and empowering colleagues, providing development opportunities, recognising female talent and success, and supporting cultural change towards gender equality.

Our Multicultural Network supports colleagues from all faiths and cultures to thrive and help drive the change for NatWest Group to be recognised as an inclusive diverse organisation, one that truly represents the communities we serve. The strength of our organisation lies in the diversity of our people.

Rainbow Network

Our Rainbow Network provides support to LGBT+ colleagues and allies with issues relating to LGBT+ matters in and out of work, as well as helping to professionally develop its members. The network also supports with NatWest Group’s LGBT+ agenda and policies.

Sustainability Network focusses on sustainability and climate. The network believes that building a sustainable future require action from everyone and its mission is to support colleagues to embed sustainability at work and at home.
