NatWest Group announces departure of Keiran Foad as Group Chief Risk Officer

NatWest Group today confirms that Keiran Foad has stepped down from his role as Group Chief Risk Officer and has left the bank.

15 Jan 2026

Sean Pilcher is in role as Interim Group Chief Risk Officer. Sean has held a number of senior roles across NatWest Group including Director of Risk for Commercial Banking and most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer for the Group Risk function.

A search for a permanent successor will now commence.
