Group Nominations and Governance Committee

The Group Nominations and Governance Committee supports the Board in director appointments, reviews Board structure and composition, and oversees governance practices to uphold high corporate standards.

The Group Nominations and Governance Committee is responsible for assisting the Board in the formal selection and appointment of directors. It reviews the structure, size and composition of the Board, and membership and chairmanship of Board Committees. The Committee also has responsibility for monitoring the Group’s governance arrangements in order to ensure best corporate governance standards and practices are upheld.
